Customers can cancel their room or tour packages which are already booked through online or any other source.
At the time of cancellation, Rs 300 will be deducted as service charges and gateway charges.
Customer have to EMail thier Full Name, Bank Name, Bank A/C number, IFSC Code along with their Booking details.
Cancel request will be accepted only from the EMail ID that customers have used at the time of booking.
We will transfer the amount to your bank account and send a confirmation mail.
For cancellation please call us or send a mail to Manager@HotelNambi.in.

#. 2 adults + 1 Kid can accomodate in a Double / Family room.
#. 1 additional person are also allowed to stay in a room with an option of additional bed.
#. Childrens above 8 years will be considered as an adult.
#. Taxes as applicable for all the room rents.
#. Tariff is subject to change without prior notice.
#. Valid ID proof is necessary for booking any rooms.

#. Package rate includes Parking, Toll gate charges, Driver TA, Km charges and Rent for the cab.
#. We will provide only cabs. Customers have to take care of their food and stay.
#. Customer have to take care of their belongings.
#. Customer have to pay for the entry fees for site seeings.
#. Please allow us atleast 6 hours to assign a cab for long trip

#. Kindly check the vehicle before realizing. We are not responsible for any loss of bags/articles.
#. Sightseeing as per the itinerary (wherever the vehicle would be allowed to Go. )
#. All the additional charges will be payable directly to driver by cash.
#. A/C may be switched off on hilly routes.
#. Driver and cab detail will be send by SMS / mail before 05 Hour of actual pickup time or customer will get a confirmation call.
#. Hills station charges Rs.500 applicable for Kodaikanal / ooty / Munnar / kerala)
#. One day means 12:00am to 11:59pm.
